Aimed at players who are looking to play once a week for fun and fitness and could play recreational tennis as an adult. This is our pay and play the affordable tennis offer. All sessions are booked online via the booking tab above. The sessions are fun and progressive. Players are taught the skills of tennis with their friends. Indoor sessions are possible as are some sessions at their school.
Classes are organised by school year group,
eg, Year 1, 2 and 3 in Blue Tennis
Year 4, 5 and 6 in Red Tennis

Diamond Tennis Tracker is a £5 additional extra. The trackers allow players and parents to see how the players are progressing. As they complete skills then stickers are added. Once the Tracker is completed a new one will be given out by the coach. You can pay for the tracker online and it will be ready for you at your session.
This keeps it simple and allows children to be in a group with their school friends. Ages in the groups are the same but abilities may be different.

Prices start from £16 for 4 weeks Outdoor sessions, * (Fairwater recreational park)
*if sessions are cancelled due to rain a credit voucher will be sent for a discount off the next course.
Providing quality coaching for all means giving all players solid fundamentals to be able to progress long term. We specialise in working with primary school aged players.
Details of the different types of sessions we run are below. These have been developed specifically to help players reach their goal. Please take a minute to be clear about the players goal. We are confident we can help.
One2one lessons.
These can be a great way to improve fast, or if you have a very specific area you require help with eg Serving.

Matchplay Sessions
If you’re already happy with the standard of tennis you’re playing, participating in our matchplay sessions provides a great opportunity to compete against other players of similar ability. This social and competitive environment is ideal to test your skills or put into practise what you’ve learned during teaching sessions. We have a running series of events (typically on Saturday) that can be booked online from our booking page. Get in touch if you need any further details about upcoming events.
Get involved with our group coaching programme
We run a variety of sessions across three venues (House of Sport, Cowbridge Leisure Centre, please see below for the current course start dates and programme schedule by venue.
Our monthly payment system is based on 39 sessions aligning with the academic year, which allows us to build 4 weeks of free coaching into the schedule!
